We stayed with friends for 3 nights until they had to leave town. Then we moved over to Hotel NH for the last night. It was a really nice & modern hotel.

You must try an Almdudler while you are in Austria.

Tourist Things:
Postcards/Stamps – 4.6€
Globe Museum – 4€
Magnet – 3.9€

The Globe museum was actually pretty cool. Who knew there were so many different types of globes! If you have a chance, Durnstein is a cool little town along the Danube river and is a fun place to go explore.

Vienna Total: 184.11€

Things to do if you find yourself in Vienna:
1) Visit the Globe Museum. For only 4€ you will not only get a nice break from the heat but learn a lot about globes. Don’t be fooled. A globe is not a globe!

2) St. Stephens Cathedral. It’s a must see if you are in Vienna. It is massive from the outside though I have yet to go inside.

3) Drink an Almdudler. It is similar to ginger ale I think but it tastes way better!

4) Stroll through the Volksgarten. It is a pretty place to sit & relax. Plus it’s free!
