There are reminders throughout the city so people don’t forget the genocide in Bosnia in the mid 90s.
The Stari Most Bridge is probably the biggest historical landmark in Mostar.
If you keep walking across & follow the street, you will be able to see lots of vendors (except we went in the morning before they opened their shops).
You’ll even see some handmade items. Or items that look handmade anyway!
Once you get outside the touristy area, you know. There are still buildings that have not been rebuilt since the bombings.
They do have a few parks. Nicole & I went strolling through one park and out of nowhere a statue of Bruce Lee popped up!
Go to stop #5: Sarajevo, Bosnia!
